Typhoon Haiyan Relief & Recovery

Though the media has all but forgotten the disaster of Typhoon Haiyan, which struck the Philippines in November 2013, the Filipino people cannot. In the wake of Typhoon Haiyan the Philippines has been struck by several more tropical storms and smaller typhoons. This would not be a problem if the Filipino people wern't still rebuilding from Typhoon Haiyan. Many of the street kids and orphans left behind are now being cared for and well fed through a government supported food program through our trusted partners. Nearly all of the children who were found to be malnourished when they arrived in the program are now thriving since receiving nutrient rich meals. GCHope is committed to continue supporting the Filipino people while there is still a great need. As of December 2016 we have sent 22 40' containers of food, shoes, and relief supplies.
