Police-Community Dialogue

The overarching goal of the police-community dialogue is to build capacities on conflict handling mechanisms through training police and civilians together on effective, professional and people-centered policing. While the police officers get to know what is expected of them by those they are mandated to serve and protect, the civilian populations get also to know what is expected of them by the police. This engagement and dialogue is the missing link between police and the civilians.
