Children of Incarcerated Parents Program

Unique regional advocacy and awareness-raising effort promoted by CWS since 2011 to make the rights and specific needs of the two million children with incarcerated parents in Latin America visible to state, civil society, academia, donors and communities. In line with recommendations made by the UN CRC, and in partnership with Plataforma NNAPES, the program seeks change in public policies, programs and services, youth participation and action-centered research.

Support the strenghtening and development of Plataforma NNAPES. National and regional advocacy, participatory research, state-civil society partnerships and collaboration, rigths education, training and capacity building
