Female Youth Nutrition and Livelihoods Enancement Project

The project will be implemented in Kaoma and Limulunga Districts in Western Province. The main objective of the project is to improve access to livelihood opportunities and nutrition among female youths aged 10 – 24 in the project areas. In 2015 the primary project outcomes will be the formation of girls clubs, training of peer group leaders, training of key service providers, finalizing and rolling out curricula on life skills, home gardening and market skills, provision of health services related to pre-conception nutrition and establishing coordinating mechanisms at National, District and Provincial levels.
